B2B ordering portal
Your own B2B ordering portal with customer prices, assortments and repeat orders. Explore how your wholesale business can start a measurable Qommerce pilot.
Qommerce delivers and funds agreed initial setup. Your organisation retains control with as little implementation work as possible. The whitepaper sets out the proposed marginal fees, conditional business case and ambition to grow together towards full order coverage.
YOUR ORDER WORKFLOW
You see opportunities for digital ordering but want control over development costs, margins and dependency. You are looking for a partner that takes on the technical work and measures with you whether the economics work.
This is an audience profile, not an existing customer case.Qommerce takes responsibility for agreed initial setup: scope, data preparation, configuration, the agreed ERP integration, validation and onboarding. Customer setup cost in the whitepaper is €0. The objective is little to negligible implementation effort for your organisation; no measured number of customer hours is promised.
You authorise access, confirm commercial rules and accept results. Your brand, customer relationships, data and fulfilment remain under your control. Later work outside agreed scope and any external supplier charges are agreed upfront. Overruns within the funded scope are not an automatic customer surcharge.
The whitepaper is authoritative: 2.0% on the first €1 million of covered annual revenue; 1.2% from €1 to €2.5 million; 0.8% from €2.5 to €10 million; 0.5% from €10 to €25 million; 0.3% from €25 to €50 million; 0.2% from €50 to €100 million; and 0.12% from €100 to €250 million. Each rate applies only to revenue within its band.
The base is covered net invoiced product revenue after credits, excluding VAT. Bands reset annually. Existing orders may count; shipping, cancellations and connected orders require explicit agreement. The whitepaper assumes no minimum fee, annual tariff increase or exit penalty. The schedule is proposed, not an agreed customer contract.
At €10 million wholesale turnover and 80% coverage, €8 million passes through the platform. An assumed €125 average order gives 64,000 orders. The proposed annual fee is €82,000. Eight net active minutes saved and a €45 loaded hourly cost give €384,000 gross capacity value.
After the €82,000 fee and €2,500 annual extra customer work, net is €299,500 with 354.4% ROI under full documented personnel cost avoidance. At 50% cost realisation, net is €107,500. Without removed expenditure or avoided planned hiring, cash net is negative. These are conditional scenarios, not achieved customer results.
The three-year case keeps wholesale turnover constant at €10 million and assumes 40% / 65% / 80% annual-average migration. Conditional net time saving is eight minutes, based on 11 manual versus 3 digital minutes. Labour and extra customer work increase 3% annually; tariffs and revenue do not.
The three-year result is €202,000 in platform fees and €711,018 net capacity value after fees and extra customer work. At 50% avoided expenditure, cash net is €250,646. The annual reference uses original hourly and extra-work costs, so it is not the same as indexed operating Year 3.
The partnership ambition is to process 100% of the order flow: self-service, connected EDI/API orders and sales-desk-assisted orders can follow one governed route. The 80% in the financial examples is an assumption, not a ceiling.
Full coverage does not mean 100% unattended processing. Measure order coverage, self-service and straight-through processing separately. Exclude already-efficient EDI from the savings base and do not disrupt it to increase a portal metric. Validate peak capacity, synchronisation and recovery before expanding.
A pilot starts with a baseline and representative orders. Measure active time across all involved staff, remaining checks, exceptions and actual avoided expenditure. The same hours cannot be counted simultaneously as payroll savings, additional selling capacity and avoided hiring.
Agree scope, acceptance, support, changes, data processing, export, handover and continuity upfront. The whitepaper is the authoritative explanation of the proposal; specific prices, services and terms apply only when jointly agreed.
WHITEPAPER · UNINDEXED ANNUAL SCENARIO
Explore the five wholesale profiles from the whitepaper. Default: €10 million annual turnover, 80% order coverage and eight minutes saved. This is the annual reference scenario, not indexed operating Year 3.
Profile assumptions: average order €125; loaded hourly cost €45; extra customer work €2,500 per year. Customer setup: €0, funded by Qommerce.
Capacity value = covered orders × net minutes saved ÷ 60 × hourly cost. Cost realisation is the share supported by removed expenditure or avoided planned hiring. Without avoided expenditure, cash net is negative. The reference assumes the entire order base is eligible for migration. Already-efficient EDI must be excluded from the savings base and requires a separate recalculation.

Conditional scenarios, not measured customer results or an offer. Marginal rates apply only within each band and reset annually. Existing orders may count. No minimum fee, annual tariff increase or exit penalty is assumed. The whitepaper treats three years separately, with 40% / 65% / 80% migration and 3% annual indexation of labour and extra customer work.
How we work together.
Choose a product group and involved buyers.
Qommerce leads setup; you confirm access and commercial rules.
Measure usage, order quality and processing time.
Decide together whether to adjust, expand or stop.
A few things to know.
Understand the scope, the costs and the next step before starting a pilot.
No. The proposed base is covered net invoiced product revenue after credits, excluding VAT. Existing orders may count. Marginal bands reset annually; shipping, cancellations and connected orders are agreed upfront.
No. Low margins or high support needs may make the proposal unsuitable. We assess margin, processing costs, adoption and implementation scope together before agreeing terms.
The product demo shows concrete features. Commercial results and the implementation approach still need validation with partners in pilots. The calculations are assumptions, not achieved results.
