YOUR ORDER WORKFLOW

Does this sound like your organisation?

Director or account manager of a packaging supplier

You regularly supply packaging materials to webshops, warehouses or manufacturers. Customers have their own products, volume discounts and ordering units. Your team looks up the same agreements again for repeat orders.

This is an audience profile, not an existing customer case.
01

From “the same boxes as last time” to a clear order

A short email is easy for the buyer, but your team still has to work out the intended size, grade and quantity. A customer-specific assortment makes regular products recognisable before the order arrives.

The Qommerce demo includes customer assortments and saved lists. Buyers can collect their regular products and reorder them. In the pilot, we test whether customers need less explanation and your team spends less time investigating.

02

A unit price is not an ordering unit

Packaging is sold by the piece, box, bundle or pallet. Minimum quantities and volume discounts can differ too. A clear order shows what the customer is buying and the quantity to which the price applies.

The demo includes minimum quantities, ordering units and pricing rules. For your pilot, we define the permitted quantities per item and check representative customer prices. Special custom packaging can remain outside the initial scope.

03

A familiar route for your warehouse customer

Consider a fulfilment company that regularly replenishes the same boxes and tape. Its buyer wants to find their own products quickly and see how many bundles they are ordering. Your account manager wants time to advise on new packaging.

This is an illustrative customer profile. In a real pilot, we investigate order frequency, units prone to mistakes and willingness to order digitally. We test order transfer and handle exceptions through the agreed process.

04

Let repeat use inform the business case

Choose one group of regular buyers and their most frequently ordered packaging products. Measure repeat ordering, correct order lines and changes in processing time. Include support and data management in the costs.

Qommerce delivers and funds agreed initial setup, including the agreed integration and onboarding. Your contribution is to authorise access, confirm commercial rules and accept results. Work outside scope and external supplier charges are agreed upfront. The whitepaper is authoritative for proposed revenue bands and the conditional business case.

Frequently asked questions

Understand the scope, the costs and the next step before starting a pilot.

Can customers find their regular packaging products?

The demo supports customer assortments and saved order lists. We set up the pilot around the products and agreements of the selected buyers.

Can custom printed packaging be part of the first pilot?

We assess that separately. Start with clearly described repeat products; custom printing and other special requirements need an agreed scope and suitable product data.

Your next step

Which packaging repeat orders would make a useful first pilot?

Bring your current ordering process and an example of a repeat order. We will explore which pilot could make sense, without obligation.
