Qommerce

Your ERP and B2B ordering portal. One clear order workflow.

Your ERP knows your products and agreements. Your customer wants a straightforward way to order. Together, we explore how to connect the two without introducing an unnecessary second source of truth.

YOUR ORDER WORKFLOW

Does this sound like your organisation?

Operations manager, ERP administrator or IT lead

Your organisation has existing item codes, customer numbers and order processes. You want digital orders to fit that workflow, with clear agreements on data freshness and error handling.

This is an audience profile, not an existing customer case.
01

First, agree which source leads

An integration starts with agreements, not a connector. Where do products come from? Which system determines customer prices? Which stock information can customers see? When is an order accepted?

For each data flow, we document the source, owner and required freshness. This prevents the portal from showing information that means something different operationally than your team expects. Missing and outdated data also need agreed handling.

02

Test the whole order route, including exceptions

A successful API call does not establish a usable order process. A customer number may be missing, an item may change or a system may be temporarily unavailable. Duplicate transfers and corrections also need visible handling.

For a pilot, we select representative orders and check customer identity, item codes, units, price outcomes and feedback. We agree who acts when an error occurs and how your colleagues can follow what has happened to an order.

03

What exists today and what your integration still needs

Qommerce offers customer API and webhook capabilities and a working product demo. These provide starting points for data exchange. There is no universal production-ready ERP synchronisation for every wholesale business.

Your ERP, custom fields and financial order processing need a separate assessment. With your administrator or implementation partner, we review available APIs, export options and limitations. Then we define scope and responsibilities.

04

Keep technology and the business case in the same pilot

Start with the data the first customer group actually needs. A limited, traceable order route produces useful insights sooner than connecting every process at once. Administration, security and monitoring are part of the agreed setup.

Qommerce delivers and funds agreed initial setup, including the agreed integration and onboarding. Your contribution is to authorise access, confirm commercial rules and accept results. Work outside scope and external supplier charges are agreed upfront. The whitepaper is authoritative for proposed revenue bands and the conditional business case.

How we work together.

Measure usage, order quality and processing time.

  4. 04

Decide together whether to adjust, expand or stop.

A few things to know.

Frequently asked questions

Understand the scope, the costs and the next step before starting a pilot.

Is there already a standard connector for our ERP?

We can assess that only once we know your ERP, version and interfaces. Existing API and webhook capabilities do not establish that your ERP can be connected without additional work.

Do stock and prices always need to be realtime?

The required freshness depends on your process. We discuss what customers can expect, how often data is updated and what happens when a source is temporarily unavailable.

Your next step
