YOUR ORDER WORKFLOW

Does this sound like your organisation?

Owner or commercial manager of a facilities supplier

You supply cleaning companies, offices or other business users. Contacts regularly replenish products and ask your team about item numbers, packs and customer prices.

This is an audience profile, not an existing customer case.
01

Help customers recognise their regular assortment

A buyer usually wants to order their familiar cleaning products, wipes or consumables quickly. Searching the complete assortment takes time and can raise questions about the right pack size. A customer-specific assortment makes ordering clearer.

The Qommerce demo includes customer assortments, search and saved order lists. In a pilot, we select products your buyers already know. This lets us test self-service without changing their entire purchasing process at once.

02

Make quantities, pack sizes and prices explicit

A bottle, a box and a bulk pack are different things. When quantities and units are clearly recorded, customers can check what they are buying. Their own price must also match the agreed unit and quantity.

We check product data, minimum quantities and pricing rules before the pilot. Safety information, dosing advice and product suitability require your expertise. The ordering portal does not replace that assessment.

03

A practical scenario for your first pilot

Imagine a cleaning company that periodically buys the same consumables. The buyer wants to open a regular list and adjust quantities. The supplier wants to check that orders arrive with the correct customer agreements.

This profile helps define the pilot; it is not an existing customer case. Complex requirements involving multiple locations, budgets or internal approvals are discussed separately and included only with clear agreements and suitable support.

04

Build adoption before expanding

Start with one customer group and a limited assortment. Let the participating buyers try the ordering route. Measure repeat use, support questions, correct units and processing time. Those findings determine what the next expansion needs.

Qommerce delivers and funds agreed initial setup, including the agreed integration and onboarding. Your contribution is to authorise access, confirm commercial rules and accept results. Work outside scope and external supplier charges are agreed upfront. The whitepaper is authoritative for proposed revenue bands and the conditional business case.

Frequently asked questions

Does the demo support different pack sizes and units?

Yes, the demo includes different units and quantity rules. For your products, we check what an ordered quantity means and which price applies.

Can all our customers participate straight away?

We prefer to start with an involved customer group. This lets us test product data, agreements and usage before making the portal more widely available.
