Qommerce

Your B2B ordering portal. More time for your sales team.

A business webshop needs to understand your customer agreements. Qommerce brings customer prices, individual assortments and ordering units together in a B2B portal under your own brand.

YOUR ORDER WORKFLOW

Does this sound like your organisation?

Sales director or head of internal sales

Your regular customers order many of the same products. Your team looks up prices, checks units and copies order lines from emails. You want to grow without every additional order creating the same amount of manual work.

This is an audience profile, not an existing customer case.
01

Why B2B ordering needs more than a webshop

One customer buys by the box, another by the pallet. Some have contract prices; others use volume discounts. A useful ordering experience shows the agreements that apply to each customer before an order reaches your team.

The Qommerce demo includes customer assortments, pricing rules, product configurations and saved order lists. During a pilot, we decide which capabilities your first customer group needs. Start with a usable ordering process rather than a long wish list.

02

Make repeat orders easier

Consider a buyer who orders the same consumables every week. A saved list means they no longer need to send product names, quantities and dimensions to your team each time. They can find their products and check the order against their agreed units and prices.

This is an illustration of the intended use, not a measured customer result. In the pilot, we measure repeat ordering, changes in entry time and the orders that still need human attention. Your colleagues remain available for advice and exceptions.

03

Keep your brand and customer relationships central

Your wholesale business sells under its own name. Qommerce provides the platform behind the ordering experience. Your products, commercial agreements and customer contact determine how the channel is set up.

Before starting, we agree access, data processing, ownership, export and exit arrangements. We also discuss which data comes from your existing systems and who is responsible for its quality.

04

Start small and decide using real orders

Select one recognisable product group, an involved colleague and a small group of regular customers. Agree what makes a correct order and which exceptions the portal must recognise. Compare usage, order corrections and time per order with your starting position.

Qommerce delivers and funds agreed initial setup, including the agreed integration and onboarding. Your contribution is to authorise access, confirm commercial rules and accept results. Work outside scope and external supplier charges are agreed upfront. The whitepaper is authoritative for proposed revenue bands and the conditional business case.

Frequently asked questions

Understand the scope, the costs and the next step before starting a pilot.

Does Qommerce replace our internal sales team?

The pilot focuses on repeat ordering work. Advice, special pricing agreements and exceptions remain part of your commercial process. Together, we decide which orders customers can place independently.

Can we try the portal first?

Yes. The product demo includes customer pricing, saved order lists and product configurations. It uses example data and does not establish a production integration with your systems.

Your next step

Which repeat orders could your customers place themselves?

Bring your current ordering process and an example of a repeat order. We will explore which pilot could make sense, without obligation.
