A B2B webshop for your technical wholesale business.

Your customer knows what they need. Yet ordering often still requires an email about dimensions, specifications or prices. A B2B ordering portal makes regular technical orders easier to repeat.

YOUR ORDER WORKFLOW

Does this sound like your organisation?

Owner or sales manager of a technical wholesaler

You supply installers, maintenance teams or manufacturers. Your assortment includes variants, lengths and other specific units. Your internal sales team combines product knowledge with manual order entry.

This is an audience profile, not an existing customer case.
01

An item name should not have to explain the entire order

Rolled materials, fixings or maintenance products can come in several versions. If dimensions and units exist only in free text, your team has to interpret every order. A portal can ask customers to make the required choices explicitly.

The demo includes configurable products and pricing based on dimensions and units. For your pilot, we select product groups with clear configuration and pricing logic. Technical suitability and product advice remain your responsibility.

02

Make the regular maintenance order easy to find

Imagine a maintenance department that regularly buys the same rolls, fixings and consumables. The buyer wants to find the correct version, adjust quantities and see their own price. A saved list makes that route familiar.

We test with real buyers whether they can find products and understand the units. Order corrections and questions to your internal sales team matter just as much as the number of digital orders.

03

Keep your ERP as the agreed source

Item codes, customer numbers, prices and stock often already have a home in your systems. A separately maintained second source makes work more complex. For each data field, we decide which system leads and how current the information needs to be.

Qommerce offers API and webhook capabilities. A production integration with your particular ERP is designed and tested for the pilot. We do not promise a standard connector without first reviewing your data and order flow.

04

A pilot that fits your margins

Start with one category of consumables and a small group of regular buyers, for example. Agree how to handle price differences, missing data and special requests. Then measure repeat use, entry time and order quality.

Qommerce delivers and funds agreed initial setup, including the agreed integration and onboarding. Your contribution is to authorise access, confirm commercial rules and accept results. Work outside scope and external supplier charges are agreed upfront. The whitepaper is authoritative for proposed revenue bands and the conditional business case.

Frequently asked questions

Understand the scope, the costs and the next step before starting a pilot.

Can customers choose dimensions and specifications?

The demo includes product configurations and units. For your assortment, we agree the available choices, applicable rules and requests that your team needs to review.

Does our entire technical assortment need to go online immediately?

No. One well-described product group is a useful starting point. We expand only when product data, pricing logic and buyer usage fit sufficiently well.

Your next step

Which technical product group would suit your first pilot?

Bring your current ordering process and an example of a repeat order. We will explore which pilot could make sense, without obligation.
